Since 2019, we’ve specialized in creating high-quality, custom apparel that captures identity, builds unity, and leaves a lasting impression.

Our Story

Our founder, Jermaine Washington, is a skilled designer who began his creative journey in 2019. After graduating from Los Angeles Trade-Technical College in 2021 with a focus on fashion and branding, Jermaine launched Mann Design Firm with a mission to bring professional, standout apparel to schools and organizations that want to lead with pride.

Starting in 2019, he has specialized in creating custom garments ranging from leather jackets and varsity jackets to tailored jeans and bespoke dresses. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and expertly constructed to reflect both quality craftsmanship and the unique style of the wearer. My work combines precision, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver garments that are both distinctive and enduring.

In 2023, he partnered with the Watts Rams, a youth football team sponsored by the NFL’s Los Angeles Rams, designing apparel that honored their team spirit and elevated their look on and off the field.
